Introduction

The B.Tech Lateral Entry (LEET) program is a unique pathway designed for diploma holders in engineering or technology to directly enter the second year of the B.Tech degree course.

It is a 3-year undergraduate program that provides an opportunity for diploma graduates to upgrade their qualifications and skills.

This course bridges the gap between technical diplomas and full engineering degrees, allowing students to pursue advanced studies in their chosen field.

LEET is ideal for students who have completed a 3-year polytechnic diploma in streams like Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, or Electronics.

Students joining through lateral entry are given a strong technical foundation and are trained to meet industry expectations in both theory and practice.

About BTECH (LEET)

All those candidates who have passed 3 years / 2 yrs lateral Entry Diploma examination from an AICTE

approved institution / recognised University as defined by UGC with at least 45% marks (210olo marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in any branch of Engineering & Technology.

OR

B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject shall be eligible to apply.
