Eligibility for PGDM

Minimum of 3 year bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities / University Grant Commission as eligible for post graduate studies in management. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible.


Summer Internship and Placement

At the end of the second semester, all students will be required to undergo summer training of 8 to 10 weeks with an Industrial, Business or Service Organisation, approved by the Institute's Corporate relations and placement cell. The student will undertake a project study in the chosen organisation under non remunerative, joint supervision of a senior executive of the organisation and a faculty member. Upon Completion of the summer training, the student is required to submit the project report to the Institute within 3 weeks of the commencement of the third semester, for the purpose of evaluation. Both, the written project report and viva voce will be conducted by a board, duly constituted by the executive director. The candidate, assisted by the placement advisor, will be responsible for getting the confidential evaluation of the summer project by the joint supervisors and will submit this sealed evaluation to the evaluation board. The weightage of the summer project report will be equivalent to one paper, ie, 100 marks. The written project report will be of 70 marks and presentation will be of 30 marks.


Corporate relation and placement cell

  • It helps the students to recognize their skills and capabilities and helps them to make decisions on the range of opportunities open for them.
  • Workshops and Industry visits shall be organized on regular intervals.
  • Campus placements shall be provided to the students. !After the completion of first year, students shall be assisted for summer training projects.
  • Maintain Corporate relations and liaison with the industry, for Industry oriented programs, summer training projects and employment opportunities for students.
